The Caribbean Research Center @ Medgar Evers College coalition invites you to an Economic Development Encounter of the Caribbean Basin including the Atlantic Coast of Central America and the Insular Caribbean.

This Encounter will take place at Medgar Evers College in Brooklyn, NY, October 8-10, 2015 beginning with breakfast from 8:00-8:45 am. Program starting promptly at 9 a.m. on October 8thand 9th.

The morning sessions on the 8th and 9th from 9 a.m. to 12 noon are open to all.
The negotiating sessions from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. are only open to delegates invited from each participating country and potential investors.
Anyone who has made a supporting donation for both evening events of the 8th and 9th and purchasers of an individual table on the 8th or 9th are designated as potential investors and are entitled to participate in all sessions, including the Saturday morning breakfast where the results of the negotiations will be shared with the general public.
At the breakfast on the 10th, the Honorable P. J. Patterson, former Prime Minister of Jamaica, will honor us with the presentation of a Caribbean Basin Region Vision.
